This apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Corralejo, the large tourist resort 12 miles from El Cotillo.  It is a surprisingly large one bedroomed apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge area, so it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

The apartment has recently been renovated and all appliances and furniture are brand new.

The roof terrace, with sun loungers, basks in all day sun while the balcony gets morning sun but offers an oasis of shade in the afternoons.

Casa Louisa is close to the beaches and the Parque Natural area but yet only 15 minutes walk to the town centre with its wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and water park.

Please note that this apartment is not suitable for young children.
