This spacious first floor studio apartment is ideal for a couple. It comprises of one large room (kitchen/diner and lounge/sleeping area) with a private en suite bathroom containing the usual fittings.

Being centrally located close to the heart of the old village, this accommodation provides very easy access to all local amenities with the beaches of the lagoons only a few minutes walk away.

The internal staircase provides easy access to the large roof terrace which is shared with one further apartment and affords Cotillo Suns to the West - ideal for settling down to watch El Cotillo's famous sunsets.   Also available on the roof terrace is a communal washing machine, barbeque for 'Al Fresco' cooking and a selection of loungers, tables, chairs and parasols for all your relaxation needs.

We have provided a double bed in the sleeping area with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers.  

For your comfort and entertainment, the lounge area has a sofa and TV solely for use with the DVD player.   An additional free standing electric fan (fitted ceiling fan in situ) has been provided to help make your accommodation more comfortable during particularly hot periods.  To provide pest-free ventilation the window, which receives the morning sunshine, is fitted with a sliding mosquito screen.

The kitchen area is typically local in design but equipped with foreign visitors in mind, microwave, kettle and toaster etc.     It has twin sinks with draining cupboard above and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you are likely to need.  There is a table and chairs provided for use at meal times.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge if required.
