This very large studio apartment accommodates two people and is situated in the very heart of El Cotillo. It stands less than 50 metres from the original slipway of the old harbour from where the local fishermen used to cast off when this harbour was the working hub of the village around 10 years ago.

The view from the sun room overlooks the harbour with the vista continuing out westwards across the Atlantic Ocean.
  
Beaches are only about ten minutes walk away with the lagoons to the north and the surfer's beach to the south. Also, being at the heart of the village, all local amenities are within very easy reach.

The accommodation is typically local but very spacious with a separate kitchen which is most unusual for studio apartments.
