This delightful first floor apartment provides all that one would want for a relaxing holiday in El Cotillo.

The large west facing balcony leads off from the kitchen and enjoys views of the Atlantic Ocean providing a perfect place to enjoy a morning cuppa whilst contemplating what to do for the rest of the day.   Also, it is a great way to watch village life go by in its relaxed and sedate way as you feel the stress of 21st century living just melt away...

Being centrally located close to the heart of the old village, this accommodation provides very easy access to all local amenities with the beaches of the lagoons only a few minutes walk away.

The apartment has one bedroom with 3ft twin beds which can be made up as a “king size” double bed should you prefer.   Additional guests can be accommodated using the sofa bed in the lounge.  

To help make your stay more comfortable during the hotter days and nights, the lounge, kitchen and bedroom all have ceiling fans and the bedroom window includes a mosquito screen so that the window can be kept open to provide ventilation without fear of being bitten.

The dining area comfortably accommodates up to four adults as does the large balcony which can easily be used for al fresco dining or simply to relax with after dinner drinks or just to watch the sun setting.

An internal staircase provides easy access to the large roof terrace which is shared with one further apartment and affords ocean views to the West - ideal for settling down to watch El Cotillo's famous sunsets.   Also available on the roof terrace is a communal washing machine, barbeque and a selection of loungers, tables, chairs and parasols for all your relaxation needs.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge if required.
